Feeding Table
A small fan housed within the Duplo DF-1200 folder makes all the difference! It is smaller than most fans and quieter than the compressor pumps usually found in suction-fed systems, making this the quietest such folder in the market. Sheets are lifted from the top using air, avoiding any rubbing or marking.
Pre-Loaded Folding Modes
There are six pre-loaded folding styles, giving you plenty of options, and the Duplo DF-1200 automatically sets the fold position for each, as well as automatically detecting standard paper sizes such as A3, B4, A4, B5, A5 and A6. Non-standard paper sizes are input manually, allowing fold positions to be adjusted.
Batch & Interval Functions
You can set the pace of folding to suit yourself on the DF-1200, with its batch mode and interval function. For long runs, keep the machine running at continuous speed but with short pauses at set intervals to allow offloading without completely stopping.
Optional Duplo DF-1200 Side Air kit
Better paper separation and smoother feeding can be achieved by adding the side air kit option to the DF-1200.
